In Frigoscandia’s customer portal, you as a customer can find answers to everyday questions about your logistics. For example:
What is your current pallet balance?
What has been invoiced during a specific period?
How many shipments have you sent?
Is your shipment on its way to the recipient?
Frigoscandia also uses the customer portal to share important and up-to-date information. This may include, for example, details about planning for upcoming holidays and public holidays, or traffic disruptions that have a significant impact on deliveries in a particular geographic area.
