Since 1948, we have delivered fresh, chilled and frozen food with an in-depth knowledge of the most important aspects of food handling, and with the principle of never compromising on safety or quality

Timetables, temperatures and goods information. It’s not easy to keep pace with Frigoscandia during a working day! From food producers and warehouses to stores and shopping centers, or directly to the homes of consumers, we ensure that food is delivered on time and to the correct address. We deliver everything from fish, vegetables and charcuterie products directly to restaurants or commercial kitchens. We make deliveries to local neighbourhoods, across borders, throughout the whole of the Nordic region and Europe, and to countries in the rest of the world. At Frigoscandia we are constantly in motion, delivering food while also managing and monitoring all of the other factors that create quality in our world: Goods information in real time and dedicated personnel. We also provide training and information regarding the unbroken cold chain.

Three business areas 

Frigoscandia’s operations are divided into three business areas: domestic transport, international transport and warehousing. Together, these three business areas combine to form a dynamic network consisting of vehicles, terminals and warehouses – everything we need to be able to supply the market with our customers’ food in an efficient manner.

Domestic transport

Our domestic transport business area consists of our own nine terminals, a distribution centre that handles warehousing and terminal services, and twelve external terminals in Sweden. All of this is managed from our seven transport offices located directly adjacent to our terminals.

International transport 

Frigoscandia has transport offices in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Netherlands and France as well as a cross-docking terminal in Finland.

Temperature-regulated storage

We operate a total of nine warehouses in Sweden. Our new Distribution Centre (DC) for Retail, located in Ljusekulla in Helsingborg, will commence operation during the spring of 2021.
In Norway we have three warehouses located just outside of Oslo.
