Customer portal

In Frigoscandia’s customer portal, you as a customer can quickly get answers to everyday questions about your logistics. You can check lead times, book transports (TA-connect) and track your shipments. In the customer portal, you can also download invoice documentation and pallet balance information.

Frigoscandia will use the customer portal to share important and current information. It can, for example, be information about
• planning for upcoming weekends and national holidays
• traffic disruptions that have a major impact on deliveries in a geographical area
• launch of new services and functions

Application for login
We at Frigoscandia see the customer portal, with its various functions, as an important complement to our existing customer service. If you are our customer today, it is possible to apply for an administrative account by filling in this form.

Transport plan
Using one or more postal codes you can look-up lead times for chilled or frozen. When searching, enter the postal code for the loading and delivery address. The transport plan also contains a function for searching for postal codes.

Book transport
Customers who use TA-connect for their transport bookings can be automatically logged in to TA-connect via the customer portal at the touch of a button.

Track shipment
Here you can find information about the status of a shipment with the date and time of each event.

Reports
Here customers can download reports that you today receive via e-mail or letter.
