Terminal Mölnlycke

Upon Arrival:

  1. The driver calls in and is assigned a gate (+4631-643090).
  2. Reverse to the assigned gate.
  3. Go into the terminal office and collect the shipping documents.

– NOTE! The shipping documents contain information that you, as the driver, must review before loading the truck.

– Then plan a driving order based on unloading conditions such as timed unloadings, pickups, and/or weather conditions like snowstorms.

– If the schedules cannot be met, this must be reported to the traffic management before loading occurs.

– If assistance is needed, always contact traffic management before departure.

  1. Load the truck according to the driving order.

– If the goods do not fit, contact traffic management when about one-third of the truck remains to be loaded.

– If you notice that the goods won’t fit while loading the freezer (usually placed furthest in), do not start loading chilled goods and skip the frozen items that won’t fit. Contact traffic management if the goods do not fit.

  1. Scanning

– All goods must be scanned. Those that can be scanned at the package level should be scanned at that level during loading. The remaining goods should be scanned on the document after loading.

  1. Unloading

– Follow the driving order. Report deviations, such as schedules that cannot be met, to traffic management at least 1 hour before or immediately during the event, such as a breakdown or similar incident.

  1. Confirmation/BOM

– All goods transported for Frigoscandia must be confirmed electronically via POD (through the app).

– Report discrepancies as they occur, not after unloading or later in the day.

– BOM-Run: If the recipient is not present or cannot be reached, contact traffic management on-site before leaving the recipient.

  1. End of the Day

– Always contact traffic management and report the end of your shift if there is still time left in the workday.

Discrepancies

– Discrepancies should be handled in real-time as they occur. If a discrepancy arises, the driver can log it in the app. If it occurs at the terminal, terminal staff can assist if needed.

– If the driver cannot reach the traffic manager at the time, both should be contacted.

Customer Setup

– Certain customers have specific times that we must adhere to without exception. These customers should be noted during loading in the morning, and the route should be planned to accommodate them.

– This may sometimes require bypassing certain stops to meet unloading times and then returning later in the day to the customers skipped earlier since they are not time-critical.

Customers to prioritize time-wise include Picadeli, Dafgård, ICA Matkassar, and C&E Gastro import.

Example 1

Picadeli-unloading AM means before 12:00 PM; PM means afternoon after 12:00 PM.

Example 2:

ICA Matkassar must always be unloaded at 13:00.

Deliveries with specific times can always be found in the delivery instructions. If you are unsure, contact traffic management before loading.

Dafgård also requires pallet exchange and the return of empty goods with each delivery (NOTE! This applies to wooden pallets, not plastic pallets!).
