In order to more clearly profile our company as the leading expert in the industry of temperature-controlled logistics Bring Frigo has decided to relaunch the Frigoscandia brand in the Nordics (The Frigoscandia brand has been in consistent use on the European market). The rebranding process will begin in August 2021, and continue in 2022.
Know-How since 1948
Frigoscandia was founded in 1948 under the name Helsingborgs Frys, which became the starting point of today’s billion-dollar industry – temperature-controlled food logistics. When the company expanded in the international market, the company changed its name to Frigoscandia in 1968, which was used until Bring acquired the company.
– Since 2018, the aim has been to run the company as an independent corporation within the Posten Norge group. Therefore it is a natural step to re-launch our Frigoscandia brand. Through the name change in combination with our new business plan we are now entering a new exciting chapter in the company’s long history. The Frigoscandia name still has a strong recognition in the market, which will be beneficial for the company together with the positive journey we have made under the brand Bring Frigo, says Peter Haveneth, CEO at Frigoscandia.
Frigoscandia’s former logotype with associated graphical profile has been updated to represent the large developments that are now being made in the company, for example within digitalization and sustainability.
– The former logotype launched in 1994, in connection with that the company went public on the stock market, has been our inspiration. An updated font and color palette will match and set the tone for the exciting journey that lies ahead of us.
