Frigoscandia is on a journey to become a full-service provider of temperature-controlled food logistics in all Nordic countries and is now strengthening the Group Management Team by recruiting Ragnar Landin as CCO and Kristian Jönsson as CFO.

Ragnar Landin has long and extensive experience in management roles within the food logistics industry. Most recently he has been the CEO of Polarfärskt Bröd AB and before that he has been the CEO of Picadeli and held several management roles both in commercial, business development, and logistics at Axfood.

Kristian Jönsson most recently comes from Elfa and has previously worked in various roles within both listed and venture capital-owned companies, for example, Polaris Private Equity, Coresec Systems, and Holy Greens, from where he brings important experience that will strengthen Frigoscandia.

– Frigoscandia is now expanding within the Nordic segment of temperature-controlled food logistics. Ragnar’s and Kristian’s previous experiences will be very important to us at Frigoscandia, supporting our growth journey. They will both highly contribute to the continued work towards our business goals, both in the management team as well as in their respective functions, says Peter Haveneth, CEO of Frigoscandia.

Frigoscandia focuses on strengthening its customers’ competitiveness by further developing the service portfolio as well as launching new disruptive solutions. This will be a high priority for Ragnar Landin as responsible for the commercial department.

-It will be a pleasure to work more purely with logistics and be involved in developing new solutions for our customers. I am looking forward to getting to know the team and contributing to the continued development in the best possible way. Frigoscandia has a unique market position in the Nordic countries and operates in an exciting niche of the logistics industry, which now is changing significantly, says Ragnar Landin.

-I am looking forward to being part of Frigoscandia, a company with a strong heritage and brand. A journey of transformation has been ongoing for a while which I am now glad to become part of, where we will continue to focus on sustainable and profitable growth, says Kristian Jönsson
