Unloading Instructions

  1. **Before Arrival:** Call the terminal office 30 minutes before arrival to find out which gates to use.

– If you haven’t called ahead, contact or visit the terminal office upon arrival before backing up.

– **Gates:** There is one gate that is closed at night and on weekends. It can be opened by calling the terminal or using an access card with a card reader at the gate and entering your code. Note that the area is one-way, as indicated by signs.

  1. **Arrival Registration:** Register your arrival by scanning the QR code at the gate or at the driver entrance.

**Checklist Upon Arrival During Staffed Hours:**

  1. Announce your arrival to the traffic office.
  2. Submit the shipping documents for the goods you will be unloading to the terminal admin.
  3. Unload the goods according to instructions from terminal staff or at the drop zone.
  4. If it’s your first time at the terminal, read the local safety regulations.
  5. Note that safety shoes are mandatory if you need to be on the terminal premises.

Loading Instructions

  1. Check the unit settings and pre-cool the cargo area; refer to the instructional videos in the driver app.
  2. Retrieve the loading list from the document slots.
  3. Verify the goods against the loading list to ensure you load the correct shipments, checking off the shipments as they are loaded onto the vehicle.

– Ensure the number of transport packages (pallets, boxes, etc.) matches the loading list.

– Check for any damages to the goods; they should be intact and clean.

– If there is any suspicion of a temperature deviation, perform a temperature check.

– In case of discrepancies, missing goods, or other issues, contact terminal staff or the traffic manager before registering the discrepancy.

  1. Submit the verified and signed loading list to the terminal admin after loading.
  2. Collect the shipping documents from the document slots, ensuring you take the shipping documents for all the shipments you have loaded.
  3. Scan the goods onto the correct vehicle in the driver app: Loading terminal.
  4. **Before Leaving the Terminal Area:**

– Don’t forget to check out via the QR code at the office or exit.

– (Your registration remains in the same browser you used to check in.)

– Ensure your units are correctly set when turning them on and before starting the drive.

 

Checklist During Unstaffed Hours:

  1. Follow the same steps as above, but you must disarm the terminal alarm first.

– Do this by placing your card on the card reader and entering your code. This gives you 1.5 hours with the alarm deactivated.

– If more time is needed, place your card on the card reader and enter your code again to extend the time.

  1. After backing up to the gate, leave or collect the shipping documents in the incoming goods slot.
  2. Unload or load the goods at the designated location.
  3. Verify that everything is correct.
  4. Any discrepancies should be checked immediately and registered in the app.
  5. Scan the goods for unloading or loading.
