On March 27, Frigoscandia held a well-attended inauguration of its new headquarters and warehouse for chilled and frozen foods in Hyllinge, just outside of Helsingborg.
The facility was officially inaugurated by representatives from Frigoscandia, its owner Dachser, and the property owner Logicenters. This was followed by a well-received guided tour of the warehouse, where most areas are kept at a temperature of -24°C.

In August 2023, Frigoscandia, together with property developer Logicenters, broke ground on the new multi-temperature facility in Hyllinge. The facility is Frigoscandia’s largest, covering an area of 35,000 m², including 2,800 m² of office space. It is tailored to meet the market’s demand for temperature-controlled storage services and features Northern Europe’s largest installation of mobile pallet racks.
The solution enables storage of up to 100,000 pallets and an annual throughput of approximately 1 million pallets across several temperature zones. The property was built with high sustainability standards, with the ambition of achieving BREEAM Excellent environmental certification.
