The terminal is typically staffed on weekdays, excluding holidays, from 05:00 to 14:00.<\/p>\n

Checklist after arrival during staffed hours:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Enter the terminal and leave the freight documents with the terminal personnel or place them on the terminal desk.<\/li>\n
  2. Unload the cargo at the designated location.<\/li>\n
  3. Verify with terminal personnel that everything is correct.<\/li>\n
  4. Any discrepancies should be checked immediately. These will be recorded by terminal personnel.<\/li>\n
  5. The cargo is scanned upon arrival by terminal personnel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      2. Retrieve the loading list from the document tray at the terminal desk.<\/li>\n
      3. Verify the goods against the loading list to ensure you load the correct shipments, and mark the shipments loaded onto the vehicle.<\/li>\n
      4. Does the number of transport collies (pallets, boxes, etc.) match the loading list?<\/li>\n
      5. Are there any damages to the cargo? Is it entirely clean?<\/li>\n
      6. If there is suspicion of a temperature deviation, perform a temperature check.<\/li>\n
      7. In case of discrepancies, missing goods, or other issues, contact terminal personnel or traffic controllers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        2. Take the freight documents from the document tray at the terminal desk, ensuring you take documents for all the shipments you loaded.<\/li>\n
        3. Scan the cargo on the correct vehicle in the driver’s app: Loading terminal.<\/li>\n
        4. Place the truck on charging once you are finished.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Before leaving the terminal area: Do not forget to check out via QR code at the office or exit. Your registration remains in the same browser you used to check in.
