Unloading at DC6 Jordbro Terminal<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

– There are 2 gates, one for entry and one for exit. Note that it is one-way, as indicated by signs.<\/p>\n

– Register your arrival by scanning the QR code.<\/p>\n

Checklist Upon Arrival During Staffed Hours:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Notify your arrival to the traffic office.<\/li>\n
  2. Submit the shipping documents for the goods you will be unloading to the terminal admin\/traffic.<\/li>\n
  3. Bring a printed unloading list from the terminal\/admin\/traffic.<\/li>\n
  4. Check if your transport company is on the existing gate schedule below. If so, back up to the designated gate according to the schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    – If not, back up to the assigned gate as directed by terminal staff.<\/p>\n

    1. After returning the unit, hand over the unloading list to terminal staff.<\/li>\n
    2. If you borrow a forklift, charge the forklift after you’re finished.<\/li>\n
    3. Note that safety shoes are mandatory if you need to be on the terminal premises.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Check the unit settings and pre-cool the cargo area; refer to the instructional videos in the driver app.<\/li>\n
      2. Retrieve the loading list from the document slots at the terminal desk.<\/li>\n
      3. Verify the goods against the loading list to ensure you load the correct shipments, checking off the shipments as they are loaded onto the vehicle.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        – Ensure the number of transport packages (pallets, boxes, etc.) matches the loading list.<\/p>\n

        – Check for any damages to the goods; they should be intact and clean.<\/p>\n

        – If there is any suspicion of a temperature deviation, perform a temperature check.<\/p>\n

        – In case of discrepancies, missing goods, or other issues, contact terminal staff or traffic management before registering the discrepancy.<\/p>\n

        1. Submit the reconciled loading list to the terminal admin after loading.<\/li>\n
        2. Collect the shipping documents from the document slots, ensuring you take the shipping documents for all the shipments you have loaded.<\/li>\n
        3. Scan the goods onto the correct vehicle in the driver app: Loading terminal.<\/li>\n
        4. Charge the forklift after you’re finished.<\/li>\n
        5. **Before Leaving the Terminal Area:**<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          – Don\u2019t forget to check out via the QR code at the office or exit.<\/p>\n

          – (Your registration remains in the same browser you used to check in.)<\/p>\n

          – Ensure your units are correctly set before starting the drive.<\/p>\n
