In recent years, Frigoscandia has made major efforts to strengthen its organization in order to develop its offering and position in the market. Further steps are now being taken in this direction as Tobias Dahlskog is being recruited to the company\u2019s management team as CIO and Anne Charlotte Billing as the new CPO.<\/p>\n

Tobias Dahlskog new CIO<\/strong>
\nFrigoscandia is pleased to announce that Tobias Dahlskog is joining the company as the new CIO. He most recently came from the position as CIO at Total Produce North Europe AB. He was responsible for all aspects of IT and digitalization programs within the group that consists of about 40 subsidiaries (eg, Nowaste AB and Everfresh AB).<\/p>\n

Tobias Dahlskog has extensive experience of leading business development with IT as a platform. He has built up and developed IT and E-commerce platforms for companies such as Bygghemma, Trademax and CDON. Tobias has also developed logistics solutions for several other companies, including the implementation of new warehousing systems. His previous roles also included business responsibility in logistics.<\/p>\n

– Tobias\u2019s combined experience of leading IT, driving business development and digitalization with a great understanding of the business, will be a valuable contribution to us. His experience fits very well into our development plans, says Peter Haveneth, CEO at Frigoscandia.<\/p>\n

Anne Charlotte Billing new CPO<\/strong>
\nAnne Charlotte has a long and solid experience of leading HR, internal communication and driving change in many different companies, industries, and countries. She most recently came from a consulting assignment at Sinch AB (a listed software company) where she worked with integrations in connection with major acquisitions. Prior to that, she was responsible for HR Apollo Norden, a business with 850 employees and staff in many countries.<\/p>\n

– I am convinced that Anne Charlotte together with her colleagues within HR will keep developing the company\u2019s personnel-related issues, with the clear goal that we at Frigoscandia should have the most motivated employees and be the obvious choice of employer in our industry, says Peter Haveneth.<\/p>\n

Both Tobias and Anne Charlotte will report to the CEO and be part of the company\u2019s management team.<\/p>\n
