As of 1 July 2026, the Netherlands will replace the current Eurovignette system with a distance-based road toll for heavy goods vehicles.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The new road toll will be based on the distance driven within the Netherlands and will apply to heavy vehicles operating on the Dutch road network.<\/p>\n

As a result, DACHSER will begin charging a road toll surcharge for the Netherlands from 1 July 2026, where applicable.<\/p>\n

The purpose of this surcharge is to cover the new external cost introduced by the Dutch road toll system.<\/p>\n

The surcharge will be invoiced in accordance with the applicable transport terms and contractual agreements.<\/p>\n
