Unloading at the terminal at DC1 Ljusekulla

Monday-Friday 07:00-19:00 the entrance (barrier) for trucks is open.

Vehicles arrive at DC1, 15-18

Register your arrival by scanning the QR code at the gate/barrier.

Contact the terminal office at +4642178484 and you will be assigned a gate.

Unloading at a gate other than 15-18 is only permitted after coordination with the Team Leader.

At other times, the entrance (barrier) for trucks is closed.

Vehicles stop in front of the barrier, the driver calls the terminal office (042-178484) and is assigned a gate.

 

Checklist after arrival

  • Enter the terminal office, hand over the shipping documents to the terminal admin, and collect the unloading list.
  • Hand over the unloading list to the terminal staff who will check the goods. Unload the goods at the designated location.
  • After completing the unloading, verify with the terminal staff that everything is correct.
  • Any discrepancies should be checked immediately. These are registered by the terminal staff.
  • The goods are scanned upon arrival by the terminal staff.

Loading at the terminal at DC1 Ljusekulla

  • Check the settings on the unit and pre-cool the cargo area, see the instruction videos tab in the driver app.
  • Notify the terminal office/terminal admin of your arrival.
  • Collect the loading list at the terminal office/terminal admin.
  • The terminal office prints a list of goods to be loaded at the terminal.
  • The terminal office supplements the terminal goods list with a list of direct loadings created by the traffic management.
  • Both lists are handed over from the terminal office to the driver.
  • Verify the goods against the loading list to ensure you load the correct shipments, check off the shipments that are loaded onto the vehicle.
  • Does the number of transport packages (pallets, boxes, etc.) match the loading list?
  • Are there any damages to the goods? Are they intact and clean?
  • If there is any suspicion of temperature deviation, perform a temperature check.
  • In case of discrepancies, missing goods, or other issues, contact the team leader.
  • Leave the completed loading list at the terminal office/terminal admin.
  • Collect the shipping documents at the terminal office/terminal admin, ensure you take the shipping documents for the shipments you have loaded.
  • Scan the goods onto the correct vehicle in the driver app: Loading terminal.
  • Before leaving the terminal area, don’t forget to check out via the QR code at the office or exit.
  • (Your registration remains in the same browser you used to check in.)
  • Don’t forget to check that your units are correctly set before starting the drive.
