Unloading at DC5 Örebro Terminal:

 

– There is 1 gate to the area. Note that it is one-way, as indicated by signs.

– Register your arrival by scanning the QR code.

– If possible, call the terminal well in advance so they can prepare for unloading or loading. (070–8679050)

 

Checklist Upon Arrival During Staffed Hours:

 

  1. Call (070–8679050) to inform the terminal about unloading or loading. Port assignments will be provided afterward.
  2. Submit the shipping documents at the terminal office.
  3. Unload the goods at the designated location.
  4. Any discrepancies should be reported to terminal personnel, who will then document the discrepancies.
  5. After unloading is complete, park the truck in the truck room and move the equipment so that the next unloading can begin.
  6. Note that safety shoes are mandatory if you need to be on the terminal premises.

Loading at DC5 Örebro Terminal:

 

  1. Check the unit settings and pre-cool the cargo area; refer to the instructional videos in the driver app.
  2. Retrieve the loading list from the terminal office. If the loading list is missing, inform terminal personnel.
  3. Verify the goods against the loading list to ensure you load the correct shipments, checking off the shipments as they are loaded onto the vehicle.

– Ensure the number of transport packages (pallets, boxes, etc.) matches the loading list.

– Check for any damages to the goods; they should be intact and clean.

– If there is any suspicion of a temperature deviation, perform a temperature check.

– In case of discrepancies, missing goods, or other issues, contact terminal personnel or the traffic manager before registering the discrepancy.

  1. Submit the reconciled loading list to the terminal office after loading.
  2. Collect the shipping documents from the document slots, ensuring you take the shipping documents for all the shipments you have loaded.
  3. Scan the goods onto the correct vehicle in the driver app: Loading terminal.
  4. Park the truck in the truck room when loading is complete.
  5. **Before Leaving the Terminal Area:**

– Do not forget to check out via the QR code at the office or exit.

– (Your registration remains in the same browser you used to check in.)

– Ensure your units are correctly set before starting the drive.

  1. After returning to the gate, leave or collect the shipping documents at the terminal office.
  2. Unload or load the goods at the designated location.
  3. Verify that everything is correct.
  4. Any discrepancies should be checked immediately and registered in the app.

5. Scan your goods as “unloading” or “loading” in the app.
