Fuel Surcharge Model 2024

Within our international operations, we have developed a new model for the fuel surcharge.

Due to the significant changes in German road tax introduced on December 1, 2023, an update was made to the underlying calculation models for fuel dependency. In connection with this, we identified a need to advance the base month for fuel prices so that the fuel surcharge is at lower levels. If you, as a customer, have our new fuel surcharge*, the base month for this is December 2023. Those of you who have been migrated (as indicated in the agreement on your invoice from us) to our new fuel surcharge can find your current FSC here.
